SENDING AND REGISTRATION OF PERSONAL DATA
Sending personal data is not obligatory in order to contact and receive information about the activities and updates of AIDEA DEVELOP SL. However, they may be provided.

The user who sends the information to AIDEA DEVELOP SL is the only person responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data included, exonerating AIDEA DEVELOP SL from any responsibility in this respect.
Users guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, and undertake to keep them duly updated.
The User agrees to provide complete and correct information in the contact registration form or in the contact form.
AIDEA DEVELOP SL is not responsible for the veracity of the information that is not of its own creation and for which another source is indicated, and therefore does not assume any responsibility for any hypothetical damage that may arise from the use of this information.
AIDEA DEVELOP SL is exonerated from any responsibility for any damage or harm that the User may suffer as a result of errors, defects or omissions in the information provided by AIDEA DEVELOP SL, provided that it comes from sources other than AIDEA DEVELOP SL.

PURPOSES
AIDEA DEVELOP SL. will process the user’s data, manually and/or automatically, for the following specific purposes:
- Providing information about news, activities and conferences of our school.
- To manage your request for information on the online website owned by AIDEA DEVELOP SL.
- To manage the enrolment application, as well as the corresponding invoicing and shipping.
- Images, partial or total, in any graphic or visual support (photography, video or similar) for use in the present and future dissemination media of AIDEA DEVELOP SL (web, brochures, magazines and social networks, etc.).
- Results of medical check-ups and/or medical care, if its applicable.
- If you send us your Curriculum Vitae or register for the different job offers that we may publish, we will process your data in order to assess and manage your job application and, where appropriate, carry out the necessary actions for the selection and recruitment of personnel, in order to offer you positions that match your profile.
Unless otherwise indicated, the provision of the required data is necessary, so that failure to provide it will prevent the continuity of the selection process.
To comply with the legally established obligations, as well as to verify compliance with contractual obligations, including the prevention of fraud, money laundering and financing of terrorism and the criminal liability of legal persons.
How long do we keep your data?
We will keep the personal data of users only for the time necessary to carry out the purposes for which they were collected, as long as you do not revoke the consents granted. Subsequently, if necessary, we will keep the information blocked for the legally established periods, in any case, the period: 5 and 10 years, or the period established by law for any action that may arise from the processing.
In the case of the data, you provide in relation to the job offers you wish to subscribe to, they will be kept for 1 year from the date of the last update. After this period, without having been updated, the data will be deleted, unless you tell us otherwise.

We do not transfer your data to third parties, except as required by law.
OTHER DATA PROCESSED BY AIDEA DEVELOP SL
As part of AIDEA DEVELOP SL’s commitment to the privacy and protection of personal data, we inform you of other data processing that may be carried out within the framework of our relationship with our suppliers and customers.
We inform you that our company has a video surveillance system, the function of which is to guarantee the security of people and installations. We remind you that current legislation legitimizes the processing carried out on the basis of the legitimate interest of AIDEA DEVELOP SL in guaranteeing the security of the installations, so that your image may be recorded simply by accessing the building.
This data may be communicated to the State Security Forces if necessary. The images will be kept for a maximum period of one (1) month from their capture.
EXERCISE OF RIGHTS
Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not AIDEA DEVELOP SL is processing personal data concerning them.
Interested parties have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

However, we have other additional means, such as state-of-the-art firewalls, apart from technical measures such as software for encrypting confidential information and controlling access to personal information, restricted users, security policies, users and passwords that expire as required by the Spanish Data Protection Law and Guarantee of Digital Rights, and other systems aimed at preventing the misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of the Personal Data provided to AIDEA DEVELOP SL.
AIDEA DEVELOP SL will not be responsible for any possible damage or harm that may arise from interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone breakdowns or disconnections in the operation of this electronic system, caused by causes beyond the control of AIDEA DEVELOP SL, delays or blockages in the use of this electronic system caused by deficiencies or overloading of telephone lines or overloads in the C. D.P.C. (Data Processing Center), in the Internet system or in other electronic systems, as well as damage that may be caused by third parties through illegitimate intromissions beyond the control of AIDEA DEVELOP SL.
