How to join us?

  • Step 1 - Fill out the online admission form with your personal details.

    Fill out the admission form below, choose date and location “on campus or by video conference”.

    Your contact information is required to accompany you throughout the process by the admissions team. To facilitate your orientation, please be sure to provide accurate and truthful information.

    Admission to the 1st year is based on students’ application, academic performance in high school or recent university studies, level of English proficiency and motivation to join the school.

    Complete your application documents in your personal account :

    1. Copy of valid passport. We recommend that your passport has at least six months of validity remaining whenever you travel abroad.

    2. Curriculum Vitae (in English). It must include your academic summary, work experience, internships, volunteering, and any other useful information to assess you’re your profile.

    3. Cover letter (motivation letter in English). It must be well structure and explain the reasons to choose the program and the school.

    4. Copy of original transcripts of the last year of studies*.

    5. Degree. High school diploma for high school seniors/
    recent school graduates OR Bachelor’s degree in case of graduation.

    6. 2 letters of reference (academics or professionals) in English – Optional.

    Once these documents are sent, they will be reviewed by our international admission officer who will instruct you on the remaining steps

    *All academic documents (degree and transcripts) must be submitted in English or French. If the original language is different, be sure to attach their official translation.

  • Step 2 - Schedule your online admission interview.

    Once we receive and validate all the application documents, we’ll create your student profile, which we will finalize in the next steps:

    Schedule your online admission interview. During this interview, your level of English will be evaluated if you are not a native English speaker. You can choose the date to pass it with an Admissions officer.

    Pass an admission test in English :

    • Quiz on Sports culture.
    • Essay on sports (350 words)
  • Step 3 - Receive the admission decision.

    Receive the admission decisionAfter evaluating your student profile and the results of the interview and test, the admissions committee will decide. The admission decision will be notified on the next 5 working days after the test. If you are accepted, you will receive the pre- admission letter by e-mail.

    Kindly notice that your application will be valid for all our Sport Management international campuses.

  • Step 4 - Confirm your enrolment and pay the tuition fees.

    Confirm your enrolment and pay the tuition fees on Stripe. Your seat will be pre-reserved for 15 working days while you make the first payment.

    Payment methods will be informed to you when you are accepted. You can check the General Terms and Conditions. Once the payment is received, your seat will officially be reserved, and you will receive the final admission letter to start your administrative procedures related to visa and housing.

  • Step 5 - Receive orientation from your campus to prepare your arrival.

    Receive orientation from your campus to prepare your arrival. Your academic advisor will be able to assist you in academic and administrative procedures. He/she will provide you with support to obtain your student visa and find an accommodation.

    Fill out the admission form below, choose date and location “on campus or by video conference”

    Depending on your desired admission level, you will be given an allotted time to take these admission tests and obtain a grade and an assessment evaluated.

  • Step 2 - Create or log in to your CMH account

    Enter your e-mail address and password to open your account with CMH ACCOUNT.

    Add your contact details and online information so that we can contact you and guide you through the admission process. You will receive our brochure and video presentation. You will then be redirected to the next steps next steps.

  • Step 3 - Complete your application form

    To take part in our school’s admission tests, you need to complete and validate your file and validate your application online:

    – Send the following documents to the admissions department by e-mail in a compressed file named: «CMH Application + First and Last Name».

    1 RESUME

    Prepare a neat, legible and structured curriculum vitae including your curriculum, professional experience interests, etc. / Format pdf.

    1 PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP

    Copy of passeport for non EU citizen. ID for EU citizen

    1 COVER LETTER

    Explain why you have chosen your course of study and why your application to CMH. Pay particular attention to presentation and spelling / Format pdf.

    SCHOOL REPORTS AND DIPLOMAS

    High school diploma or academic transcripts of the last two years of high school (translated in French or in English). If you’re Non-EU, keep in mind that before your arrival to Spain, you will have to legalize/apostille your last degree.

    1 ONE-MINUTE VIDEO PRESENTATION

    Why are you interested in a career in hotel management? Introduce yourself in a professional way to get to know you, presenting your project and your motivations for joining our school. Professional dress code required.

    1 ENGLISH CERTIFICATE TO PROVE A B2 LEVEL

    Optional documents : certifications obtained, letters of recommendation, etc

    1 WRITTEN ESSAY IN ENGLISH (350-WORDS ANSWER)

    Choose from one of the following three topics:

    Topic 1 / Critical thinking :

    Argue a situation in which you put your critical thinking skills in a student or professional project.

    Topic 2 / Values and commitments :

    CMH places excellence, in all its forms, at the heart of its identity. What is your definition of excellence?

    Topic 3 / Free writing on a topical issue in the hotel industry. Present and argue your chosen topic

    PREPARING FOR THE ADMISSION INTERVIEW

    The interview takes place in English, by video or in person, in the form of an oral presentation.

    The chairman of the school will go over your application, your choice of course and your career plan with you. Business attire required.

    You will receive a response to your application within 3 working days of the interview.

    Final admission is subject to verification of the student’s original documentation for the effective fulfillment of the requirements stipulated for admission.

    Depending on your desired admission level, you will be given an allotted time to take these admission tests and obtain a grade and an assessment evaluated.

  • Step 2 - Create or log in to your CMH account

    Enter your e-mail address and password to open your account with CMH ACCOUNT.
