The academic management reserves the right to make changes in the teaching staff for technical or organisational reasons or due to changes in the working conditions of the speakers.
The organisation also reserves the right, as is customary in the educational field, to cancel a promotion if there are not enough students enrolled, in which case the student’s registration fee will be refunded in full, a condition that the applicant is aware of and expressly accepts.
DEPOSIT REFUND GUARANTEE
The deposit is considered a firm application, so if the student does not complete the enrolment process, or does not show up at the start of the programme, he/she will lose the programme, except for reasons of force majeure, in particular and as the only exception admitted, if the student is not an EU citizen, and needs to apply for a visa to attend the programme in Spain, and this is denied by the Spanish embassy in his/her country, Aidea Develop SL undertakes to fully refund the amount paid as a reservation within a maximum period of 30 days from the communication of the denial. From the amount refunded will be deducted 120€ + VAT for the administrative costs of managing your place.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The STUDENT enrolled in the programme may exercise his/her right of withdrawal within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of formalisation of the reservation of the place, sending this document, provided that the academic programme in which he/she has enrolled has not started.
IMAGE RIGHTS.
AUTHORISES Valencia C. F, Fundación Valencia C F and the organisation of the Master (Centro de Formación Fundación Valencia C F and Aidea Develop,S.L) to capture images, sound and photographs, in relation to activities related to the aforementioned academic field.
Including the transfer of image rights, communication or dissemination rights by any system, format, medium, modality or technical procedure, both analogue and digital, television and advertising. It also authorises the assignment or transfer to third parties under the same conditions. This authorisation is not limited in time or geography.
Any use or application that could violate the right to honour under the terms of Organic Law 1/82, of 5 May, is excluded.
This transfer of rights is free of charge and does not give rise to any right to financial compensation. It is further acknowledged that you are not bound by any exclusive contract on the use of your image or name.
DECLARATION OF VERACITY
The student declares that the documents sent for admission are real, being responsible before the law for the veracity of these documents.
RESPONSIBLE FOR TRAINING
The student is informed that the manager of Aidea Develop SL, and the training centre Valencia Cf Foundation is the company AIDEA DEVELOP S.L., owner of the Spanish brand Aidea Develop SL and www.esbs-spain.com (hereinafter ESBS), with CIF B-98.540.792, with registered office at Calle Ramon Llull, 19, 46021, Valencia, Spain. The school has internal regulations and an ethical code of conduct for the prevention of offences, which the student accepts.
The student also declares that the origin of the funds for the payment of the programme is income from activity or savings.
INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY VIRTUAL SUPPORT CLASSROOM:
Aidea Develop SL itself or as assignee, is the owner of all the intellectual and industrial property rights of its web page, as well as of the elements contained therein (including, but not limited to, images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; brands or logos, colour combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, etc.), owned by Aidea Develop SL. or their licensors, teachers or collaborating sports centres. All rights reserved. By virtue of the provisions of articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Law on Intellectual Property, the reproduction, distribution and public communication, including its mode of making available, of all or part of the contents of this website and especially the content of the courses, for commercial purposes, in any medium and by any technical means, without the authorisation of Aidea Develop SL, or its authors, are expressly prohibited.
The USER undertakes to respect the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights. You can view the elements of the website and even print them, copy them and store them on the hard drive of your computer. Content that is so available, generally not video classes, or on any other physical medium as long as it is solely and exclusively for your personal and private use. The USER shall refrain from deleting, altering, evading or manipulating any protection device or security system installed on the website or virtual classroom.
Likewise, Aidea Develop SL, develops the courses with high level centres and teachers, with absolute respect to the freedom of teaching and expression of their professions, and respect for the intellectual property of the same, but not being responsible for the content of these, nor having to share their ideas or opinions, if you detect any anomaly please contact us at info@esbs-spain.com
With regard to quotations of third party products and services, Aidea Develop SL recognises the corresponding industrial and intellectual property rights in favour of their owners, and their mention or appearance on the Web does not imply the existence of any rights or responsibility of Aidea Develop SL over them, nor any endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation by Aidea Develop SL, unless this is specifically and expressly stated.
Any denominations, designs and/or logos reflected on the Aidea Develop SL web page are registered trademarks of Aidea Develop S.L. Any improper use of the same by any person other than their legitimate owner may be prosecuted in accordance with current legislation.
The STUDENT may download the contents, copy or print any page of the Aidea Develop SL website, exclusively for his/her personal use, provided that the rights of the owner are respected. Under no circumstances may it change, modify or delete the information, content or warnings contained in the official website, forms.
You may not reproduce, transmit or modify the content of the self-registration, directly or indirectly, without prior written permission. Aidea Develop SL reserves the right to publish and use for teaching and guidance purposes, the exercises and case studies developed by the STUDENT in future editions of the academic programme.
The STUDENT gives his/her express authorisation to do so while retaining, in any case, the right to recognition of the authorship of the work produced during his/her studies.
EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY:
Aidea Develop SL shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for damages of any kind that may be caused by, but not limited to: errors or omissions in the contents, lack of availability of the portal or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programmes in the contents, despite having adopted all the necessary technological measures to prevent this.
PROHIBITIONS:
Unauthorised use of the information received in the sessions or contained on the website, its resale, as well as infringement of the intellectual or industrial property rights of AIDEA DEVELOP S.L. or collaborating partners, teachers, etc., may give rise to the legally established responsibilities. All third party links to the Website must be to its home page, and “deep links”, “framing” and any other use of the contents of the Website by unauthorised third parties is expressly prohibited.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY:
Aidea Develop SL assumes no liability whatsoever for the contents linked from the Web, provided that they are not related to the same, nor does it guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements in the same, which may cause alterations in the computer system (hardware and software), in the user’s documents or files, excluding any liability for damages of any kind caused to the user for this reason.
In the event that any user, client or third party considers that the content or services provided by the linked pages are unlawful or harm the property or rights of the user, a client or a third party liable for compensation and, in particular, consist of:
1- Activities or content that could be considered criminal under Spanish criminal law.

Under no circumstances Aidea Develop SL or the Valencia CF Foundation will assume any responsibility for the contents of any link belonging to an external website, nor shall it guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, comprehensiveness, veracity, validity and constitutionality of any material or information contained in any such hyperlinks or other Internet sites. Likewise, the inclusion of these external connections shall not imply any kind of association, merger or participation with the connected entities.
SPECIFIC INFORMATION:
The courses offered by Aidea Develop SL and Fundación Valencia CF are their own qualifications and do not lead to the awarding of an official qualification. (article 4.4 of Decree 84/2004, of 13 May, which regulates the right to information and the protection of the financial rights of students who are taking non-regulated courses). In some programmes, no university is involved, and this information is expressly communicated to the student, who declares that he/she is aware of it and accepts it.
It is non-regulated training, which does not lead to professional accreditation.
The main channel of communication between Aidea Develop SL, teachers and students is the virtual classroom TEAMS Microsoft.
For the evaluation of the cases and exams, the student has two exam dates. If he/she does not pass, he/she must enrol in the next promotion of those subjects valued at their cost in ECTS, with a discount of 50%. If the student successfully completes the programme, he/she will receive the corresponding certificate, the cost of which is €95, plus shipping costs to the country requested by the student, if he/she does not come to collect it in person or through an authorised person.
JURISDICTION:
The student, aware that the training takes place in Spain and, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submits to the Courts and Tribunals of the City of Valencia for any controversy that may arise from the relationship between the student and the centre.
USE OF THE WEBSITE:
The website provides access to a multitude of information, services, programmes or data (hereinafter, “the contents”) on the Internet belonging to Aidea Develop SL, to the sports centres managed or collaborating with it, to its licensors to which the USER may have access. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. This responsibility extends to any registration required for access to courses or modules. The USER shall be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information when registering.
As a consequence of this registration, the USER may be provided with a password for which he/she will be responsible, undertaking to use it diligently and confidentially. The USER undertakes to make appropriate use of the content and services (such as chat services, discussion forums or news groups) included in the courses that AIDEA DEVELOP S.L., creator of the website, offers through the website and, by way of example but without limitation, not to use them for: (i) engage in activities that are unlawful, illegal or contrary to good faith and public policy; (ii) disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal, anti-terrorist or human rights nature; (iii) cause damage to the physical and logical systems of AIDEA DEVELOP S.L., the creator of the web site, its suppliers or third parties, introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that could cause the aforementioned damage; (iv) attempt to access and, where appropriate, use the e-mail accounts of other users and modify or tamper with their messages.
Aidea Develop S.L. reserves the right to remove all comments and contributions that violate the respect for the dignity of the person, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that attempt against youth or childhood, order or public safety or that, in its opinion, are not appropriate for publication. In any case, AIDEA DEVELOP S.L., the creator of the website, will not be responsible for the opinions expressed by users through forums, chats or other participation tools included in the majority of online courses.
